Well, the week started off promising. Other than mom having issues and requiring surgery that was treated as an emergency, things were going well this week, until Thursday. That’s when the pain came back with avengence. I was utterly frustrated because it came back. I truly wish it would’ve stayed away. There had been times where I needed a muscle relaxer but was fine after that. But, starting Thursday morning, I needed to add Ibuprofen with it even after lying on a heating pad for about 4 hours prior.

All I wanted to do was focus on my mom and take care of her, I wasn’t able to fully do that. I made it through the worst of it with the two ED visits and the surgery, but as soon as things settled down with her, my pain reared its ugly head. So here we are, Thursday, taking more drugs to be able to function. At least, I can walk with very little difficulty. I thank God for that.

School is going well, I had another week of no Biology quizzes. So I have another week that I’m not failing anything. My second class of the term is going well thus far, or at least I think it is. I think my professor was being kind on my first grade. I think I’m going to have to significantly improve or my second grade won’t be too hot. Once I get some significant sleep I can focus on writing a perfect paper, like I’m capable of doing.
