I’m finished with the summer term and starting my second summer break. I am so happy that I am finished officially with my community college career and moving onto the next step in my journey to be a teacher. Since officially changing my major to History Secondary Education, I am incredibly excited with this adventure that I’m undertaking. I have always wanted to be a teacher and a history one at that. To think that I am able to do this now, when just a couple months ago I could barely walk some days. All I can say is God did it. I know some reading this may not believe or even agree with me but that is all I can truly say. How else do I go from barely walking to just this past weekend, walking a mile and a half with no pain. So, in case you were wondering, still no pain other than weather related arthritis stiffness. And, let me tell you, it’s officially North Carolina’s monsoon season and hell’s front porch.
