Oh, my gosh, gang. I am so sorry it’s been so long since I’ve updated. Things got insanely crazy with the new school year and the five classes that I had. Fall semester has ended and winter break is almost finished. I finished the fall semester with a 3.0 GPA which is amazing and I begin taking my teacher education courses this coming semester. This coming week, I head back to campus and my apartment to prepare for the new semester.

This go around, I’m taking six classes and am having to invest in a rolling laptop bag for all my books and laptop. I had to, over winter break, go to my spine specialist for a visit. Apparently, caring a backpack with a laptop and multiple books in it wasn’t wise for someone with multiple spinal problems. Thankfully, nothing serious was done to it and I’m just getting a couple shots in it to keep the pain under control. I did have a couple really bad days a week ago. I guess I’m not as young as I used to be! But, things are going to be all good as we have a plan in place for pain until I can get the shots. The plan is the rolling laptop bag and prednisone. And, of course, the North Carolinian winter. You know it’s going to snow at some point and I won’t have class. And as long as I have warm drink, snacks, and power; I’ll be just fine.
